Yes, it’s available upon request;

Depending on different products, it may take 3-5 days;

For formal order, usually delivered by sea in order to save transportation cost;

Yes for sure, but MOQ request is 1000pcs/model/order;

Our warranty is one year, and we can repair the defective units if you can return it back; Or if you have your own service after sales then we can offer you spare parts according to your order quantity; Our defective rate is about 0.1-0.3%;
